Pricing & Product Information

All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees and may change without prior notice. While Mystelle strives for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price, Mystelle may cancel your order and refund any amount paid.

Orders, Cancellations & Refunds

• By Mystelle: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock limitations, inaccurate information, or suspected fraud. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded within 7 business days.

   

• By Customer: Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled. For COD orders, cancellations after dispatch may result in the recovery of costs incurred by Mystelle.

   

Returns & Exchanges

Mystelle accepts returns or exchanges subject to the following:

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact

   

• Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery through our Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) process

   

• Credit notes may be issued at Mystelle’s discretion in lieu of refunds

   

• Customised, made-to-order, or personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–36 working hours. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping destination and third-party logistics. Mystelle is not liable for delays outside its control. Please ensure the address details you provide are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Payment
