Exchange & Returns Policy

At Mystelle, every piece of jewelry is crafted with love and attention to detail. We truly hope you adore your purchase, but in case something isn’t right, we offer convenient exchange and store credit options.

Please note:

  • We do not provide refunds on any goods sold.

  • Goods once sold can only be exchanged for a replacement or a store credit, provided they meet our terms and conditions.

Returns & Store Credit

  • You can return any unused and unworn item for a store credit coupon, within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Store credit can be redeemed on any future purchase with Mystelle.

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags intact and in the same condition as received.

  • Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 5 days.

  • Items are not eligible for a refund; instead, they will either be exchanged for a fresh new piece or credited to your Mystelle account via a credit note.

 


 

Shipping & Return Process

  • The reverse pickup/shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Mystelle does not provide free return pickups.

  • Mystelle will arrange for a reverse pick-up from the original delivery address only (if serviceable).

  • If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pick-up, you may be requested to ship the product via India Post or another courier. In such cases, the shipping cost will also be borne by the customer.

  • Please ensure to return any free items, promotional gifts, or accessories received along with your order.

  • Returned products must include all original packaging, certificates, and invoices.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.

 


 

Important Notes

  • Any defective/damaged/incomplete/wrong order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with a 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel.

  • In case of missing items during return pick-up (for example, if multiple products are claimed but not all are handed over), Mystelle reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product(s) from the store credit.

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, contests, or promotional offers cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Individual items from a combo or gift box cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

  • For smooth processing, Mystelle requests you to take a short video while handing over the package to the courier.

 


 

Guidelines

By placing an order with Mystelle, you agree to the following:

  • You have read and accepted this Exchange & Returns Policy, along with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.

  • You are of legal age (or have guardian consent) to make a purchase.

  • You will cooperate with the return/exchange process, including responding to courier calls and being available for scheduled pick-ups.

  • Your account must not have been previously disabled for violation of law or any policy.
